NYCB shares rebound after troubled regional bank announces $1 billion capital raise

The regional bank stock has been under pressure this year after disclosing potential losses in its loan book.

There are more regional banks with risk out there. Valley National was up on the news of the bailout and is probably going to need a bailout too. Ocean First not doing too hot either. No bank CEO is going to come out and say they aren't capitalized and can't hold up to a run.
