100% "I" Fund COB today. :eek: Dollar Dropppping like a ROCK (at this time).
 
I don't quite understand something. If the dollar drops like a rock today, and you buy in tonight, haven't you "missed out?" That is, won't you buy in at a higher price? What if it rebounds tomorrow? Not being critical, just honestly confused.

Yes, it is confusing. As the dollar drops as compared to the overseas market the stronger the currency of the overseas markets gets as compared to the Dollar. So if I invest today in the "I" Fund and the dollar is in a downward trend the better it is for me when it comes time for Fair Valuation tomorrow. The "I" is a mystery sometimes, yesterday EFA was right at 1% but after Fair Valuation we only made .04 cents or .157% due to a strong dollar.

80% "G". 20% "I" Fund COB today.
Dollar higher against the Yen and Euro (right now!) not goodf or the "I" fund. Tomorrow NONFARM PRODUCTIVITY may not look so good? Placed some in the "I" fund (not much) if US markets drop the EFA may get SYMPATHY PAINS and join us in the misery.:eek:
 
I'm really tired of Japan MUCKIN' UP the "I" Fund lately. They should get their stuff together or, or, or, HUMMMMMMMMMMMMM we take a vote and ban them, like posters that disobey the rules!!!:mad: :mad: :D

Don't really know if buying into this drop is the smart thing to do, but here I go. Been predicting a consolidation in the near furture, is this the BIG ONE?
Was hoping for a BOUNCE yesterday and today, but no deal as of 13:45 EST. I've been through this before and followed it almost to the bottom and lost BIG BUCKS in the process. By jumping out late in the game I missed the rally at the end of the fall!!! Don't want that again, but can I afford to lose all that cash and try to make it up for the remainder of the year????????:confused: Got that falling feeling again!! AUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhh!

MY, MY, she's on the rise!!! Instead of the 2PM EST drop we are getting a rise due to OIL and newly public New York Stock Exchange!:laugh: Hope it holds and continues through tomoorrow.:nuts:

100% "G" Fund COB today.:blink: I don't know, but it seems there should be a fair valuation in our favor for the "I" fund today. MSCI calls for .009% EFA is up over 1.2%??? Just have to wait and SEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeee?:confused:
