We had a good number of fierce down days in February - if the market gets any 'Scent of a Woman' tomorrow we could rally strongly up perhaps 200 or better points to provide a little symmetry. I'll be looking for that Babe smell.

I liked today's finish as a sign, not just for tomorrow but for next week as well.

I think we're on the edge of a market crash ... upward!

When all the shipjumpers realize the train is leaving the station there's going to be a stampede.

I'm thinking DOW 10700 to 10800 before we see maybe another 5% or so "breather". I'm thinking 12500 for a year-end target after a dip in the middle.

I do like the way you think. I believe the unemployment rate is currently at 9.8% so anything under that could cause an explosion - so I'm prepared to suffer the gains that will be forced upon me. I have a boat load of dividends due this month - so the higher we go the fewer shares I'll be buying. But the more I make the more I get to spend. I'm reminded that there is over $400 billion of door knob money sitting in bonds for safety - the first real hint of a rate increase will create a tsunami of money shifting into equities - that alone could take us past your targets and closer to my Dow 17,000 target. As Chubby would say it's time to do 'The Twist'.

Friday night first burn out, broke polly nuut (rocker arm nut) $5.00.
went back sunday in between rain drops , on motor ran 11.34 not bad, the NUUT behind the is not as loose as it use to be she would get loose and I would bail , my last 2 passes finally went straight . had a BLAST

yeah she has ran 9.76 in 2008 i guess i am skeered:laugh::blink:, new coil overs , just need to get used to the feel . and for some reason that wall sure looks scary , this should pass in a few passes

Everybody has been talking about the S&P reaching 1150 and it closed just above at 1150.24. What happens tomorrow?

Crash and Burn? Maybe. I just don't see it. Not extreme fashion anyway. Money will trickle out of bonds anticipating a Fed rate hike. Basically front running and not wanting to be left out.
IMHO for the forseable future we continue the slow crawl upward.
