Get with the program KC but watch that back!! On the intake, I read its a great idea to put a coat of sealent around the two last ports in the head (lower ones) one is blocked (on the right) top and bottom of the gasket because the basket seems to like to leak water into the valley there. I did it when I put my daughters back together, never leaked. It's totaled now, seems I worked for nothing, I'll post a picture when I get home!!
Good luck:cool:

well I did sell 2 more ricks of wood Sunday, about half way thru first rick I told the guy my back was messed up, on his second trip he loaded before I made it out there , so I gave him about 1/2 rick for loading himself , I noticed the water dont circulate thru back of intake , at first I thought he must have used alot of stop leak to clog it up this bad , till I cleaned intake and relized it was blocked off, and my nephews truck was stolen , we found it a couple towns away , broke column and out of gas , broke side mirror, I put new mirror on and picked up a new column ,this is another headache I need to finish this weekend . nothing like shade tree mechanican:D

have you found another ride for your daughter, hope she dont let anyone else drive it glad he's ok
Yes, she has had 3 cars all of them ended up totaled one way or the other!! I told her not to let her Boyfriend drive that car, of course she paid no attention to Dad, I know nothing. At the moment she is driving My old Nissan pickup, I have no plans to get her another car at this time. It's about time for her to buck up and buy her own, but working part time and going to school she can't afford it.
Now I feel better, got it off my chest!

giving blood today, then going to glue intake on , should be done by tomorrow , depends how long my back will let me hang over fender today:suspicious: , was she just carring liability, this was my luck when my daughter totaled my p/u:(

Intake isn't that heavy but still hard to reach some stuff, gas lines are a trick.
Yes only Liability on the 1998!! but our insurance will pay medical of $2,000 for him wreakin' the car. He needs it though his ambulance bill must be more than that?

yeah , those medic bills are big time tuff, been there

Man have you been busy, but now is time for a break to let that back rest a little. I rebuilt the privacy fence gate to my back yard and weld repaired a friends Wood Stove door handle and that was it for me!! Had some folks over Sat night for Grilled Ribeyes, Yummy!

KC, I do not believe bandages are going to work this time around. I broke out the turnakits for this one.:worried:
