Fear and lack of transparency has rendered many such tools useless.
Even tomorrows rate cut might fall on deaf ears. (0.50% expected).
If the Fed pulls a 0.75% rabbit out of its hat (animation expected norm)
you might see the market paying some attention. That would be nice.

Well it is past the appointed hour for IFT's. GOOD LUCK to all today. All funds currently in the green. Now we just have to hold our breath until 4:30pm EST and hope that the market doesn't do something stupid at 4.
Gasoline around here at $1.97/gal. Of course USO (oil) is up $2.77 (5.20%) a share.

Exactly, I can see Cramer running around saying; They Know Nothing !
We could lose (IMHO) a third, to a half of our gains from yesterday. Then
tomorrow would add insult to injury. Lets hope they've learned something.
