OK, were looking good just like last Thursday, I thought it was going to turn around then, but it stuck it to us again. I think it's different today, Uncle bend won't do any harm, but I doubt that he will make our day. Bonds have done his job for him this time. If he does soften up we will knock the tops out of the charts, you can only hope.:)

Yeah,"We are going to disregard the price of energy, food and anything else that is breaking the country's back, so inflation is light to moderate"!! WHAT????

Still trying to decide!!! Lot's to take into consideration, Oil over $70 a barrel, USM doing well today, but to get a +FV in the "I" USM have to spike after 11:30 (.5%) they might not make that level in the afternoon? All of the funds are on a upward move and in the middle of their channels. OSMs like higher oil prices, for a while (BP etc.) While the USMs are disregarding the price of oil for now, that will change unless there is positive economic news Monday. Gas prices are lower, but that's to change shortly. I think the "G" penny has a good chance of paying tonight!!! HHHUUUUmmmmmmm?:confused:

USM dropping some this morning. Nobody cares about Oil! End-of-the-quarter window dressing today. ISM numbers Monday, always look out for that one.
Staying 100% I fund!!:D Oh, forgot the dollar is down .23% this morning!!

two weeks off from work after today would like to smoke some ribs 17 days of rain here creek behind me sounds like a river still cant stop me from a good bbq:laugh::cool: but it does stop my hobby drag racing :mad:oh well no broken prts this week:toung:

Early jump on tame inflation, solid consumer spending fades as traders leave for holiday weekend; crude over $70.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The stock rally faded Friday afternoon as crude prices gained nearly $1 and trading thinned ahead of the weekend before July 4.
The 30-share Dow industrials (down 18.62 to 13,403.66, Charts), the broader S&P 500 (Charts) and the tech-heavy Nasdaq (Charts) all stood near even about three hours into the session. At one point the Dow was up over 100 points.

"I don't see anything fundamental here, we probably just lost a lot of market participants," said Art Hogan, chief market analyst at Jefferies and Co.
Hogan said trading volume on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq had slowed considerably in the last hour.
Todd Clark, director of stock trading at Nollenberger Capital Partners in San Francisco, said rising oil prices and continued inflation fears may be eroding the morning gains, but he also noted the upcoming holiday week and thin trading.
Oil prices rose amid a backdrop of falling U.S. gasoline and heating fuel stocks. U.S. crude for August delivery gained 78 cents to $70.35 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Crude closed Thursday at its highest level since last August.
