50% "C", 50% "S" COB Today. Jumping off the Pad into the pond. Looks like Energy is supporting the Market, if Inventories are up tomorrow at 10:30 Oil (etc.) may continue downward and help the markets, but ya never know? So here I gooooooo!:D

09:40 am : As expected, stocks open on an upbeat note as investors embrace another sell-off in oil prices. After breaking through a key area of support at $55/bbl, crude for February is down 3% at $54.40/bbl amid everything from warm weather easing supply concerns to a continued reduction of speculative excess. While oil at 18-month lows bodes wells for consumers and corporate profitability for some sectors, it is worth noting that early market gains are modest at best since an ensuing sell-off in the large profit engine that is the Energy sector (-1.6%) removes some notable leadership.DJ30 +17.16 NASDAQ +3.11 SP500 +0.68 XOI -1.7% NASDAQ Vol 80 mln NYSE Vol 46 mln

Do you by any chance have any familiarity with the Lake Hartwell area. I may visit there this summer - looking for some lake property. Thanx.

80% "G", 20% "S",Cob today. Taking some profit today. Doesn't seem to be much driving the markets Tuesday, and there's the PPI Wednesday. Got to think about Wednesday awhile!:D

Any chance the Dow can do 12,600 in the last hour - that would attract much attention over the next three days.

My Mom, Pat is requsting prayers. After a hard sit down this morning on the driveway ice at an outreach site that she helps with Monday mornings. She has a fractured tailbone (no treatment) and a fractured left wrist - surgery at noon tomorrow.

100% "F",Cob today. Every time I do this I get stuck! I'll be open for a last minute change if I can get two heads in a row?:D

Mainly a process of elimination. Should get the "G" penny today. The "I" is down and may follow the US markets if they end up down. "C" has been weak. "S" is approaching a over bought condition in its channel. "F" had stimulation today from the NY Empire State Index. PPI and much more come out tomorrow, PPI may look good but lots of other stuff that could bring the market down (almost went 100% "S" based on the PPI). In the end I'm CHicKEN, but think the "F" won't lose tomorrow, seems to be at the bottom of it's channel and heading up today.
