naw, it's just a low volume rally. The trainees are in charge at the desk and their trying to make a name for themselves.

Over the past few trading days, the market looks like a staircase going up while the volume looks like staircase going down.

I played myself in at a 17.01 percent gain for the year and went down to a low of 8.15 percent and ended up to 18.50 percent.

Play it. Don't go all in. You have to have some Dry Powder. I have done this all year. That is why I'm where I'm at.

The Market is very playable but you have to be able to hedge when needed.

A difference of opinions is healthy!! The Big Boys control us like marionettes, the trick is to know when to hold-em and when to fold-em!!! Wish I knew!!
Light volume??? How true, makes sense to me, BUT!!!! When it starts back down (if it does) look at the volume then, right at the first, it will quickly catch on like the plague and build --- SLAM BAM!! Beat us to the punch again..:worried:

Many rallies start with light volume because the drag butts just don't believe it's the real deal - after a period of time they will start getting in for fear of missing a nice up move. I suspect sometime in the first week of December we may see a record volume day over 12 billion shares - that will hit the press. Any money that is left over from the refi explosion will enter the market. It's time to run in front of the train again.

It would sure be nice to see the market break that resistance line Nnut. P.S. Thanks for the graphic. Though I'm still in major OUCH mode, I keep hoping that the American consumer will not be a Grinch this holiday season...at least I hope we loosen up enough to continue the confidence building that needs to take place.

Court orders Iranian man blinded

A court in Iran has ruled that a man who blinded a woman with acid after she spurned his marriage proposals will also be blinded with acid.
The ruling was reported in Iranian newspapers on Thursday.
The punishment is legal under the Islamic Sharia code of qias or equivalence, which allows retribution for violent crimes.
The court also ordered the attacker, 27-year-old Majid Movahedi, to pay compensation to the victim.
The acid attack took place in 2004. The victim, Ameneh Bahrami, went to Spain for surgery to reconstruct her face but efforts to restore her sight failed.
The ruling was a response to her plea to the court in the Iranian capital Tehran for retribution. "Ever since I was subject to acid being thrown on my face, I have a constant feeling of being in danger," she told the court. Ms Bahrami also said that Movahedi had also threatened to kill her.

great day hunting on thanksgiving , 6 point buck and a 140# doe, we have 7 deer between us 4 , been processing all day today , still have a little over 2 deer to process man my back is killing me, now i wish i just bagged one deer , looks like tomorrow will be another all day processing , deer jerky here we come ,and time for chilli . i guess you have to love hunting but to me it will be worth it in a day or so when my back settles down been adding bbq sauce to the cure gives it a little sweet kick then heated with crushed pepper (hot) :embarrest::laugh:, need to get done in time to watch and pull for OU to beat OSU, come on sooners

Man send me a ham!!! I love to make Deer Jerky, but haven't made any for years. Marinate it and smoke it, Great stuff. Raining like hell here and I"m in the mood to BBQ, wish it would stop!!
