New Moderator - Frixxxx

I'd like to welcome Frixxxx as a our new moderator on the TSP Talk forums.

I don't believe he needs any introduction, having been around for nearly 4 years and recently reaching the 3000 post mark.

He's been a moderator on our Beltway Talk forums and is doing such a good job that we thought we'd double his workload.
