New Here and Ready to Take Control

Hi. I'm Scott (rangerray) and have been a federal employee for 22 years and have contibuted to the TSP since 1993. I know my account should be much stronger than it is, but I've never been active with it. For example, for the last few years I've had eveything in the L2020, then L2030 accounts and realized after looking around that I took a major hit in 2008 because I just did nothing. I'm looking forward to changing all of that and growing my retirement fund through the info gathered here and simply being more on top of things.

Anyway, great to be here and thanks in advance to all who have been where I am before.

Welcome, Scott - you arrived at an interesting time, thats for sure. Most of us posting are on the Tracker, you dont have to join but I hope you will. You can even get awards if your account is "up there". Good Luck!
