Great song KK. I've heard Joe Ely (as a professional guitar teacher- I have some of his old cd's) but I didn't know he had put this album and what a great song. Coming from someone that loves sad songs and country music that isn't surprising.

Hey FS! Yes, I just plugged into Joe Ely's music after hearing that one song on a Showtime series called Ray Donovan. Some good music was played throughout;artists I have never heard of and like now.

I wouldn't have taken you for a 'country crying in my beer music lover'! I thought for sure you were more of a Missy Elliott 'get ur freak on' type of guy! :laughing:

LOL! Isn't great to be retired?! You can peruse YouTube all day and night and find the funniest clips, or just do nothing and find everyday life just as amusing. It's a earned benefit.

You're right on KK - retirement is just plain beyond supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. It is just a fun time. BTW some of my country songs are George Jones - The Grand Tour, Shelby Lynne - Heaven's Only A Day Down the Road, Brooks and Dunne - Believe, Merle Haggard -Say Me Back Home, and Charlie Pride's - Where Do I Put Her memory. All great songs for country bars.:nuts:
