so some folks may know i got an elliptical exercise macheen for xmas and i swear to dog i've been trying, but this thing is dang hard. even harder than the actual exercising is to change many years of less than preferable habits. but i'm trying. it has speakers i can plug my "mobile device" into. and it rocks. so i am going to post my workout playlist. it helps keep me motivated. i am going to call it "donkey's exercise play list" ("depl ##" for short). these are the things i listen to when trying to make the wheels go 'round.

as fate would have it, i went through a duty station relocation a while ago and when on the recon-setup-register-kid-for-school-find-new-medical-providers-routine this song kept jammin on the radio in the town which i was moving to which i now live in.
