I agree with that.
It's not just me. It's the majority of Americans who want the debt ceiling raised, and who see one side as the side responsible.
I disagree with that. I highly doubt that a majority of sensible Americans want to continue spending money we don't have via debt we can't afford, even while interest rates are at an all time low. I wonder how much more affordable the debt payments will be when interest rates increase? Does anyone really think that living beyond your means is going to get any cheaper or end up a successful strategy?
