General Commentary:
Investors are anticipating another interest rate cut by the Federal Reserve. About 75% of the talk is that stocks will be rising however, this is dependent on the outlook of the economy and the credit market.
The $SPX is trading above the 13 day moving average and slightly above it's 50 day moving average. However, it is near the top Bollinger band and was registering 96.29 on the Stochastics oscillator. Thus pricing is high and is in overbought conditions. Can it continue in this area is the question?
Economics / Fundamentals:
Economic indicators are running about 4 - 3 (See CNNMoney link). Crude was down $0.43 last week, closing at $88.28

Technical Analysis:
The S&P was up 23.58 points for the week.
We don't have any stops set because of the lows. The up trend is based on a v-ish bounce, something that says caution!
Me and TSP
My allocations can be found at my signature in the A-Tracker. The real theme is you own risk tolerance and skills. We need to actively manage our accounts. Not that we want to be glued to the Lilly Pad (G-Fund) but neither do we want to be swimming in a pool of sharks! I enjoy the Premium Services, what is said. However, I make up my own allocation, which is generally based on the L-2010, and L-Income funds.
According to the Stock Traders Almanac. Generally, Small cap. strength starts in mid December.
