I dunno, looks like to me, an administration attempt to reverse the bad market news of CA shutdown (and potentially others).
This is "Old News". The administration said 2 weeks ago it will be giving billions to drugmakers to start production of vaccines in September, while testing is still being completed.

Todays announcement, is essentially saying the exact same thing, substituting "Late Summer" in lieu of September, hoping people think August, when in reality "Late Summer" could be September 21st, last official day of summer, lol.

I suspect Mr "You Know Who", didn't anticipate the CA announcement and did not have his shorts placed, lol:notrust:

It is really hard to stay away from political opinions whenever we see our accounts jacked around through efforts of politicians. I'll be glad when the election is over, one way or the other. The way I see it, I'm going to end up with money in my pocket or a fat blunt for my retirement party.
