Did you push that little button? I regret either way when I push or don't push the button. The market is a rollercoaster so don't sweat it.

Man, sorry to here that . i try to keep telling her ( my daughter) not to let anyone drive her car or she will be walking , but now with a baby,i would be like you , but i have a few doners in the pasture and they would take more than 1000.00 to be road worthy , i would have to look around and see if i could find a beater that ran for around that price ,then flip a coinWell here we go again, my Daughter loaned her car to her Boyfriend and he TOTALED it last night. He's in ICU hip broken and Leg broken, no seatbelt used. Par for the course, liability Ins Only, guess I'll have to fix up another one?

It's your angels trying to scare you into slowing down! Above 90, they move in front of your car, making sure nothing gets in the way....at least I hope they are!:blink:I don't notice the vibration at 90 or above or below 85... so I'm wondering why it would vibrate at 85?
Thanks steady, it is a live and learn situation and I hope it takes. Everything will work out it always does.Norm,
I'm really sorry to hear this as well - especially with no seatbelt used... that's just ridiculous - and I don't mean this lacking compassion I mean it LIKE - IF HE WORE HIS SEATBELT HE PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN BEEN HURT. Also of course I feel for your daughter torn between the frustrations of 'her car' and 'her boyfriend being in ICU'. Maybe...hopefully...they'll learn from this.
KC,
I was actually stopping by to see how she was doing. Did she have a boy or girl - is the baby in good health - and when did she have the baby?? I didn't want to say anything... but now I'm really anxious to hear the details.
Also wanted to ask ya something. I live a good hour from work and when I get behind I drive faster. Well I was listening to a song: 2000 lightyears from home - by the Stones and they have spaceship sounds in the song. So when I hit about 85 mph the dash vibrated a little and went perfect with the song... BUT IT MADE IT SO REALISTIC that it kind of flipped me out. I don't notice the vibration at 90 or above or below 85... so I'm wondering why it would vibrate at 85?
she had a healthy little girl (angel ) you would like her name (lyric )Norm,

doing great
brother you got me on this , i am just an ole shade tree mech, that cant quit racing , love the need for speed:nuts: , local paper had me in 4 place in my class last year, man if all hell would have not broke loose, (wreck ) i was tied for second with a real good chance for #1 ( maybe this year ) just depends if i can get the ole heap put back together in time for points divisionKC,
On Steady's question on the vibration, a strange speed range to feel tire problems at. Might be something other than tires.
Also can you explain to me, in dummy terms, radial runout, lateral runout and force variation. I got the not everythings perfectly round part.
another one bites the dust
cant get this song out of my head:laugh::laugh:
