"When I started making that claim years ago — and provided solid evidence — people scoffed. Some called it a conspiracy theory, tinfoil hats and that sort of stuff. Most people just ignored me.

"But that’s not happening anymore. The dirty secret is out."

It's been obvious since it's existence. Why do you think market crashes always happen when the majority is euphoric? Perfect time to take everybody's money when they're in. When everyone's too scared to put their money in, that's when the big players are all buying shares.

The big players are the ones controlling over 90% of the money in wall street, so take a guess at who's making the rules as well. The 'game' for us is to basically play and hope we're with the winning side.
