After averaging about 2.5 transfers per month in 2005, and even fewer the last half of the year, please bear with me while I actively trade this holiday stretch.

I'm making another interfund transfer this morning going to 100% S fund. This will be effective 12/22 (COB (12/21). I talked about this in today's Market Comments... www.tsptalk.com/comments.html

What are you seeing in the "S" fund? ? ?

I see a lagging set of moves, not a powerhouse in the "S" fund right now.

I am still 60% into I fund, and that is working out nicely, even with the dollar factor involved. the other 40% is spread equally between S and C.

What is your chrystal ball saying or showing that convinces tou to go 100% "S" fund?

Tom may be on to something bygoing to 100%S.

The RSI is at the "buy" mark (over 50) as is the W%R (which is rapidly approaching 50 as well). Also, if you are into candlestick analysis, the S fund may be giving anotherbuy signal.

I have been 100% S for a few weeks now. I hope Tom didn't just pee in the pool.

Just kidding Tom.

The S has come to life the last two days after lagging, as you mentioned. Dec/Jan used to be the small cap months but that has crept in Nov. the past few years.

I'm just looking for that Santa Claus (I spelled that wrong in the comments Wednesday ) rally to reward stocks for one more week. If the dollar rallies from here, I think it will be the S (maybe C) that will do the best. It may also be the fund that gets hit the hardest after the holidays.

The I fund could be the winner if the dollar doesn't rally.

Tom, I appreciate all of your work. I also appreciate that you put the actual results for the year on the web site without manipulation. The way the TSP is currently set up, short term trading is very difficult.Until theyhave it where you could trade real time (which may not be anytime soon if ever), it's my opinion that playing the wiggles are not practicle. Luckily, I have another 401k that I rolled into an account I can trade stocks and ETFs realtime. I really appreciate your longer term views for the TSP.

Here's to 2500% return in 2006.

Where are you able to chart the DWCPF? I have trade navigator and I don't have it avalable. The DWCP neither.
