IFT Date Question

So since we have used our two moves on TSP early in January, and tomorrow is February. Can we request a TSP move at 12:01pm today that will work on Monday? Or will the TSP system automatically reject that. because its not February yet?

It will accept it as an IFT effective COB Feb 2. Only business days count.

If today you made an IFT at 12:01pm EST it would be the same as if you made it Monday, February 2nd before noon. It would count as your first IFT for February.
