I'm looking at some of the current TSP return leaders and have a question about their ITF's. Some are trading numerous times within a one month period. As an example, trades from G to C, splits the C trade into C & G. Then trades to F. All within a month. Are these real trades or members just trying to be #1 on the return tracking reports?

It is not required that members post their actual TSP transactions in the autotracker, but they are required to stay within the TSP transfer limit rules. So, I don't see a reason to believe that they would make different transactions here than in their TSP accounts, but I guess it is possible if they are just trying to move up the tally sheet by being more aggressive on the autotracker.
