I checked the MSNBC and INO web sites. Both sites have the dollar at 80.74 right now. It looks like dollar index is working.

There is a difference in percent change. One site posts down .89%. The other site posts up 0.05%.
I do not like the difference. I will just go with the INO web site for now.
