One way would be to create a database from the MSCI Barra web site. Then take the I fund data from the TSP web site and compare the data.

My tracking is good for an entry or exit from the I fund. It is good to know the FV from the previous day for folks that are trading. Sometimes it is not worth trading because the FV is too big.
