How To Stop Contributions?

My wife is a DAF employee and wants to stop contributing for a few months. I remember before whenever she wanted to up her contributions she called a phone number. Now when she called they said she had to go to her personnel office. When she went to her personnel office they told her to call the number.

Has anyone stopped/changed their contributions recently, how were you able to do it? Thanks.

On the far right it should talk about accessing EBIS
