When you decide to use a system, it is very important to stick to it. I have seen time and again, people using one of the premium services, for example, quiting after a bad stretch, then joining back up after a string of good weeks. That is a recipe for disaster. All of the services handily beat the market in 2008 but anyone who did the "I'm in, I'm out" version, probably did worse than the market.
So, I'd suggest either completely abandoning it, or stick with it 100%.
I personally only use it as one of the tools in my decision making arsenal.
