Does anyone know where I can get historical data for stocks, ETFs, indexes, etc?

I know I can go to Google, Yahoo finance sections and type all of them in, but that could get old with daily data going back 10 years.

Thanks !!!

That's the only way I know. Why don't you get a secretary to do all the work for you? :toung:

I've been doing pretty well in my SDIRA recently, but not THAT well. Back at ya :toung:

Glad you're doing well in your other account. Your TSP is sucking pretty bad. You just need to ignore all the analytical crap and follow my moves. Can't do any worse.:D

After doing some number crunching this week-end, I guess I am looking for OHLC data. I have found a couple sites that require registration (and fees); but I would rather not go down that road if I don't have to :)

You mentioned something about not using Yahoo, but their historical data is pretty good -

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=SPY+Historical+Prices

and the data can be downloaded in spreadsheet type files....

Download to Spreadsheet

I just found that link from another site for the S&P 500, and it works for all the stocks... the previous one I had didn't give me all that info AND a download link, so I guess I just had bad gouge. I already downloaded stuff back to 1950 (way overkill) and will figure out some trading methodologies myself now that I have data to backtest.

Thanks !
