There have been a couple of changes / updates to the toolbar including adding www.tsp.gov to the drop down menu, plus the sentiment survey and share price pages have changed extensions (.html to .php).

Since this is Amazon-based is the toolbar tracking our internet activities? Did you read the TOS?
I would dl it if its free of that sort of junk.

I think there is some of that. I always used the Alexa bar so it didn't change anything for me, but if you don't want that you probably shouldn't install it.
