Hey Burro

No, but I bring her chocolates every now and again at random. It seems to help with the, um, package delivery.

Chocolates work for me, so do the mangos, apple bananas, avocados and pineapples my customers bribe, ah, I mean generously give to me. Keep it
up, you'll get your package. :)

No, but I know my postmistress.

For awhile there it was a problem I kept forgetting my keys to the box, so she posted a sign "absolutely no mail over the counter".

One day I ask her, just to make sure she meant it, how 'bout a little female over the counter then?

Me and her get along great ever since.

:D Yuk, yuk, yuk, yuk.....

Hope ya tipped your letter carrier at Christmas...

Oh yeah, the tracking number says my new time tool passed through a sort facility in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

C'mon, I know we have some dedicated and talented USPS employees on here, put a little extra love into the system the next few days would you please?

Take good care of my baby.

Well, I just hope that the clerk at the sorting plant didn't "accidently" throw your Priority Pkg. in a Parcel Post bag headed for Hawaii...cuzzz... that's a 4-6
week boat trip over to the Islands. If it gets to the Big Island, I'll mail it back Express Mail. Hope ya tipped your letter carrier at Christmas...... just sayin' :D

Oh, I don't know about all that, anticipation definately. Admirer, yes, but not necessarily timepieces, more like appreciation of mechanical simplicity, it's like art.
So I guess a cherry pitter really trips your trigger then..

Ah..do I detect a bit of Christmas eve anticipation?..I knew you were a closet timepiece admirer:D

I always remember something a civil engineer surveying professor pointed out when I was in school: "That is an elegant solution", meaning it did the maximum job with the minimum of waste.

What if there was a watch so efficient and clean that it only needed one knob to occasionally adjust time/date, everything else being automatic, with nothing extra you don't need, you just have to wear it and it works? In an aesthetically pleasing package, for only $79.99 and free shipping?

That's like sliced bread or something, gotta get me a piece of that.

waterproof?

I'm not sure, and I don't plan to find out.

Normally the goal is to keep my head above water but if I go under it might be useful at some point to know the time, I guess.

If that happens then I bet I got bigger problems than what time is it.

The thing I like best about my new watch that I don't have yet but is going to be new with tags but no box for $80 in the mail next week if what ebay told me was true is that it doesn't have an alarm, because I don't like alarms.

I like the looks of it..I think you will like it...:)
