Hope everyone is doing okay...
I'm retired Air Force (2004) and 11 years civil service C-130 mechanic...found the early out option last December to tempting to turn down so for now life is purty darn good being my own boss (of course I'll deny that if you ask my wife!). Ended up in Georgia so I could enjoy one of my passions year 'round...riding my wide glide.
Like most I wish I had started contributing while in the military and found this fine website at the same time but I certainly could have done much worse. At this moment for this 60 yo, life is good and comfortable which is all I ever wanted.
I joined TSP Talk in June '14 and still learning from all the smart people here...don't ever expect to reach the level of some y'all. I realize the markets are anybody's best guess but your "guess" is consistently way better than my "guess".
Anyhow, just thought I'd give a shout out and say hello...
