The only sensible shoes worn in Hawaii are 'slippahs' or flip flops as called on the mainland. No need for cabs, this was just a get together with friends and their families to talk story, laugh, have a few drinks, pupu's, listen to some live music on the beach and watch the sunset. Simple pleasures is all I'm about. :smile:
