H.R. 1207 crosses the 50% mark – Hits 222 Cosponsors!



Except that in and of itself doesn't mean much.

It won't get a hearing, it won't be sent to the floor for a vote, because those with the money won't let it move. Being a co-sponsor on a bill doesn't do anything other than take the heat off you in the world of politics.

That bill is a bill authorizing an audit of the Federal Reserve.

Even if, for some reason, it was approved by the House (which it won't be, unless someone in the leadership allows it to move), then it still would face an uphill battle in the Senate.

Don't bet your lunch money on this bill becoming law.
