It's time for the 2026 Guess the Dow Contest.

Guess what the closing price of the Dow will be on December 31, 2026.

We will accept your guesses and revisions until 7 PM ET Friday January 9, 2026.

Rules:

- You must have a TSP Talk forum account to enter

- Guesses should be in whole dollar amounts - no cents.

- Do not duplicate a pick already taken.

- Your guess can't be within less than 100-points of another guess (must be at least 100-points above or below prior guesses).

I have to change this by 10 to 51,900 to be 100 away from JPH543's guess.

FLtiger's guess should be good, mine is at 52,500.

well if all the financial people for the last 2-3 yrs who have been calling for a major drop in 2026 due to all the spending and debt incurred done during the Biden yrs are correct, then sadly 25500.
It does seem the very high end people in the know are the ones pushing gold/silver to such high levels.
one retired persons opinion.
