Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. I've been investing in TSP for a little over a year now. I've had everything in the G fund because I wanted my money to be save until I could get off my butt and do some research.
I'm very impressed with all the wealth of knowledge and intrigued by the different strategies. Hoping to get steered in the right direction until I get the hang of it. That being said....
I'd like to invest in the S and/or C fund but is it still a good time for me to jump in right now or should I wait until the next BUY/SELL signal? Just wondering what others are doing. Not sure what the best entry point is at this time.

I would not buy inbetween signals. I would wait until the next Buy/Sell signal is given. Ofcoarse it is your call and your money, but that is what most people do here that I can see. I am sure someone else will chime in on this as well... By the way, welcome to the site.
