GMT clock

I can't seem to locate where to reset the GMT clock - it didn't switch to Standard time automatically. Isn't it on this site? Or is it in the computer settings itself, in general? A screw on my glasses frame fell out, (the frame, not my mind!) and I am trouble seeing thru these Tri-focals - dental floss doesn't quite do the trick....
