Hey TSPgo,
There's no need for both of us to be doing this. If you want it, I'll stop doing it.
No problem. You do it.
I was not keeping this tally to compete with you or anybody else. You do an outstanding job and I don't think that there are too many out there that can compete with you. Your thread is one of the few I visit daily because of the high quality information that is being exchanged there.
The main reasons why I started keeping track of these values at around 11:30 -12:15 pm and after 4:00 pm were:
1.- I thought nobody was doing it consistently as it used to be.
2.- There was a significant decrease of this board activity after all the EBB's commotion. I wanted to contribute with something until things cooled down a little.
3.- I have been studying a pattern to predict FV's. The truth is that it has not been working and I have been hit hard every time I made a move thinking that I had it.
4.- A couple of months ago I went TDY and when I came back I was not able to find 11:30 values to update my spreadsheet. (8/17/07 - 8/28/07). It seems nobody was posting them (If someone has them, I still need them). I was able to retrieve some from weatherweenie's but his posts are little bit too early for my need.
4.- I use a spreadsheet to calculate these values. Everybody else has perfected proprietary formulas that are right on the dot most of the time. My numbers are usually off by a few points. When I am at work, I have someone who has access to Yahoo to print me the DOW, S&P, EFA, AGG and SML and then I enter the values on the spreadsheet and post the results here. The numbers are close enough for the pattern I am tracking.
5.- I wanted to keep the data in one thread for easy reference.
Thank you and keep up your great work .. and I trust there are no hard feelings.
