FRTIB meeting minutes ..what are they hiding?

The board is supposed to meet every 4th Tuesday of the month.

I cannot find The FRTIB March ,April , or May 2023 Board minutes on the website or any search engine.

Jan and Feb 2023 are on the website.

Can any one shed some light on this?

So irresponsible. Imagine if a local town or city was four months behind on making board meeting minutes public.

It's been a while since I paid attention to the monthly board meeting minutes. I recall this happening many years ago. They also would post maybe a paragraph or two that was meaningless and then request a closed session. That would be it for the minutes.
