Frixxxx's Account Talk!

I came this close || to re-uping in the Air Force. I'm glad I didn't because if I had I would not have gotten my job with NASA and never would have met my wife. No regrets. I had a good time and it molded me into who I am today. It gave me confidence and self awareness. The service really helped me grow up. Isn't it funny how the service trains teenagers to operate and maintain multimillion dollar pieces of equipment. I can still snap a damn good salute.

I agree.
the milatery forced you to mature. One was no longer depentant on their parents. Your $76.00 a month had to last. Taught you valuable life lessons.
It certainly molded who I am today. All young men should serve their country. small price to pay for all the freedoms we enjoy.

Agree. Agree. Agree. Frixxx, Handballer, nnuut, nasa, vic, and everyone else who is now or ever did serve our country, thank you for your service! I completely agree that it changes you from a boy to a man, and shapes your life in a very positive direction.

My heart does break, however, to hear about all our brave young men and women who have come back home from war with loss of limb or PTSD, or in a coffin. Very sad. Now I'm looking at these wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and wondering why we're even there.

God help us if we have to go to war in Iran.

OK, Guys and Gals,

24 hours til I go for my three week jaunt to the land of the Morning Calm.

A little chilly over there...Maybe a little too chilly, low of 19 expected on Saturday!

Anyway, happy investing, I hope to be able to say hi while I'm over there.

Peace all!

Hope it warms up. Try to stay in touch. We will try to keep things up and running while you are gone. ;)

Frixxxx are you doing military duty over there? I spent 13 months at Osan Air Base one year. Make the best of it. Great place for shopping.

It means 84% of the stocks in the S&P 500 are signaling "buy" in the P&F charts. It's an overbought signal in the P&F system.

I'm back,

Trying to go through my lists of things to do. Posting here was number 124 task upon my return and it has taken me three days to get to that point. Only, 49 more mandatory tasks to complete.

OK, for those who don't see me on the tracker there is a reason. Capitulation. I have a few friends, who are scared to post on here who asked me about it in December. Mainly because that's been their trading style for the last few years.
Tom, at my request, removed my standings. Lesson over.

Seven Sentinels- Probably the best thing I can say about this site is the gems that show up here from time to time. Keep it up!

Euro - As the test of 1.26 starts to occur, it is imperative to watch the PIGS and their responses to the market and the performances of each country. I believe the trees are a little sparser, but we're not out of those woods just yet.

Yen - test 85 - enuff said to the shake, rattle, and roll country of the millenium.

Yes, Osan was my destination. 10th time in 6 years. Unrecognizable from the first visit in 1991 (Kunsan 1990-1991). Juicy bars are at an all time low (not that I care). No Russians anymore (Korean mafia blew up their main bar). Most of the people on the main drag are tourists. Curfew curbs some of the mania. Prices at the shops aren't as low as they once were.:suspicious:

Great day yesterday, since I am actually opposite of SS, since I couldn't really participate while deployed.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone.
