Two guesses about QE3- Unlikely to happen IMHO
- If it did by some quirk happen will be likely to be seen as a large negative (last resort, etc.)

Seems some are pulling out while others are trying to get some wallflowers.

Well, I am predicting that we will have a 100 point correction tomorrow to sell the job news. If your in, it was a nice two day precursor.

I'll take the other way, up 150+ tomorrow. I'm guessing initial claims come in okay since I don't think you can collect unemployment while on strike. The numbers will however probably weigh on Friday's jobs numbers.

I agree, it would be a negative, but the businesses will use it to hoard even more money....I think the announcement from the administration on a course of action will be the big market mover.

I am ultimately optimistic overall, but two days with last half hour selloffs are not boding well MilkMan, IMHO.

Well, couldn't be "spot" on the predication, but I tried.....

223 point swing today....Did everyone remove their headscarves before the ride?

Trying to hold on to some performance tomorrow, but I think with low volume going into the three day weekend, we won't have much of a show tomorrow.....

Got a nice 3.8% on the Euro's continued downward direction. But that could be a good thing long term over there!

Well, ended up 18% for August on my Forex account.

Apparently, the freefall of the Euro did not register the expected way with too much good news in the market so my positioning got spotty

Anyway....I left for work with futures looking minimal and got to work seeing we're down 70......

I am @ peace with my investments right now......

I have a line on a company that wants an investor to stand up and grow their business......Been up to my eyeballs in performance and business plans......
