I'm saying that S Fund is getting ready to surpass I Fund share in price!

I'm getting a little curious about the 'currencies' ?

Do you include currencies of Nations that are gaining in power and taking on more dominance that may play out the changes over time?

Or do you largely stick with 2 or 3 -- irregardless ?



Over the past few months I've began giving some serious considerations in experimenting with this. I guess the most important aspect is that what you've designed can be interchanged with a variety of currencies.

Is that possible ???

'Exotics' are what you are refering to for trading purposes.

Every market requires a buyer/Seller/broker. Broker controls ask/bid and gets paid through the spread.

The more 'EXOTIC' the currency pair, the bigger the spread!

The trick is not to be the buyer OR seller, but the broker!

In answer to your question, 'experimenting' is all you are really doing with the exotics. There is waaay too much influence on these pairs to see or play with trend analysis.

The Dinar is on the low side of it's trading value right now....the last four years it has ranged the 1150-1250 a USD. If you have actual "tender" you will have to deal with a broker. Other than that, the dinar is like any other "exotic" out there and political/economical hurricanes can crash or soar this baby.......

Personally, I'm not touching it!

This stuff is way over my head and the only way I'd ever even remotely consider spending any real money on this is 'going through you and what you've designed' --- that's it - period.

I've maybe pondered on the possibility of 'Buying your creation -- and having it 'patented' under me I have no idea if you'd be willing to 'sell' and what you think it's worth....

...but no my friend .... I was mainly thinking in bigger terms of 'buying' and marketing your product .... or getting an idea of how practical (or easy) it might be to use the same software to plug in any currency.

So -- in sharing this -- it's obvious I know absolutely nothing...

...but I'm thinking the potiential is very huge !!

I wish I had better news for you on the trading front, I've done better in TSP than in currency. The current administration and the laws created literally brought my entire company to a halt. I have done some hedgin with cross-pairing but have only been able to reap a 12% return.

Now I deal with country's stuffing their coffers with fake money and false promises. Maybe a new congress will allow some one to bet a stock/currency will go down sometimes, rather than just up! Then I could HEDGE LEGALLY!

Not to start a rant but there ya go! Started a credit counseling/consolidation off-shoot though and I'm waiting for my registration to finalize to get my clients on-board! Peanuts, but it helps the economy and my pocketbook!

Closed 22 positions on the Yen for a tidy gift.

I would normally place hedge postions for some contraction here but the CURRENT ADMINISTRATION RULES do not allow me to make money on both sides, so I just have to wait.

I will be out for two weeks in the Caribbean, I might just have to open up an off-shore account while I'm down there.......

I have found it much easier to travel in the 32'[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] ericson MK II Sloop. A bit slower than flying but it is much easier to deal with the Coast Guard.
