Hi Pyriel it's been a while,

I finely took your housing experience and advice, put it to work and made out better then expected. This April I Purchase a home here in Maryland that had what they call a mother in-law studio apartment on the property. Had no need for the mother in-law part, but it came in handy for renting out. Now I am a homeowner and a landlord at the same time.....:u.I am almost done settling in andwill now have more time for the message board.
