Is this the year you will adjust this process to align with the New Thinking? First, everyone who tries, gets a prize. Second, higher percentages are reduced and lower percentages are raised, except for the top 10%, who get to keep their percentages but are forced to listen to Paul Krugman, and his similar thinkers around here, for 12 hours.

What an outstanding & consistent performance you had this year, you have the esteemed honor of being the only person who beat all funds this year! I think your title is missing something...

I always liked the idea when Poolman had it, it let the newer folks know this was someone who knew what they were doing.
