Good morning, here are charts a bit early. S fund still looks best and is getting closer for me to enter, but must wait another day. The S fund stochastic has crossed above 20 (good for entry) but will wait for RSI to rise above 50. Best wishes to you all!

Good morning, here are charts before noon IFT cutoff. Just before noon yesterday, S fund was going back and forth repeatedly ..positive price and then negative price and at one point it was positive as reflected in yesterday's posted charts as well as RSI going up (but not above 50) ...then reversed AFTER the noon cutoff. Will see what happens today and how it closes. No entry for me yet. Hoping it goes up for those of you who are in the market. Best Wishes!

Good morning, here are charts before noon IFT cutoff. ok..S fund's RSI just went above 50 and so that along with Stochastic above 20 means I should enter per my strategy but I am having a hard time jumping in when S fund is nearly up 3%. I am going to wait until Monday. Best Wishes!

Good morning, here are charts before noon IFT cutoff. Charts looking good. I am entering S and C fund, but still contemplating on the I fund. Will likely only enter S fund at 20% and C fund at 10%., but if I was a bit braver I would put more in. Uggh...

Hi, here are the charts before noon IFT cutoff. Happy to see the market a little up for the first day of my entry to market. Day 1 is always a bit concerning, but feel good about only having gone in 40% total. Starting to think I need to consider longer term entries for a small portion of my funds. Will see about that. Good morning, RSI indicators dropping below 50 plus Stochastic dropping below its signal line. my exit signals have hit, Taking small loss and will see about March. Going to 100% G fund. Best wishes!

Caution: The F Fund link takes one to the 10 Yr Yield link I believe unless I am clicking wrong. Hope you are feeling better DBA! I had my labrum, two rotator cuff tears, bone spurs and scar tissue taken care of in April of last year. Threw a football with my grandson yesterday. It's slow progress and sleeping and the initial PT were the worst parts (as I'm sure you can attest), but you'll get there!

Thanks for sharing about your injury. Yes, nights are worse for pain but it is getting much less painful and I'm glad as it has been hard to focus on doing financials and other things with that pain.

Still taking one Tramadol (for pain) each day and that is at night to sleep. It rarely stopped aching but now am having longer periods without the constant pain. I have been using Ibuprophen 400mg every 4 hours as needed for inflammation, heat and cold pad, and I found that Salon Pas patches work GREAT! Well worth getting. I like that they last 8 hours and I can easily remove them and relocate them to other aching parts of arm. Was surprised to learn that even though the break is at top of arm, the pain still travels throughout my arm all the way down to wrist and fingers. Was told that is due to inflammation and nerves affected. Hoping that is not permanent.

It's a slow process. I am approaching 8 weeks since injury on Dec 27, and they just indicated I need another 6 weeks of Physical Therapy but this time it will be with active resistance. Definitely gaining more range of motion each day. They did mention it could take 6 months to a year before its fully healed. Top of humerus bone is healing well and calcifying in good a position so no surgery was necessary. Hooray!!!
