Testing support - It was another wild day on Wall Street yesterday. If you checked the numbers at the end of the day and saw a 45-point gain in the Dow, and the modest gains in the other major indices, it would not tell the whole story. Having been up 160-points earlier in the day, the 45-point gains looks more like a victory for the bears...

Don't know where to post this....so here it goes. I know it is unthinkable that Congress won't increase the debt ceiling, but... How does one protect his TSP earnings when the typically safe haven is the G fund. I would imagine it would be the first fund to drop and the others would follow. Where do you hide...in the I fund?

The G fund won't go down in value. They may raid it, but unless the U.S.A. goes bankrupt, they should honor it, and even if we do go bankrupt I would assume (or hope).
