Did Blackrock Collective Fund Investment Steal $35 Million to the I-Fund Holders???? On September 13 the EFA close at 62.83 up from previous close at 62.53 or 0.479% up. The TSP I-Fund should it go up the same or close amount, but instead it went down from $23.7673 to 23.7196 or 0.2% a negative outcome of almost 0.5% of $7 billion assets equal $35 Million less for the TSP I-Fund Holders.

I don't know how I fund works but believe there is some money translation involved. As for FV, it deals with Fair Value...so it is about money exchange rates ..dollar valuation.
