Bought Feb 7 IWM Puts, 112 strike $.39

averaged into this one a couple days ago also, so in price is $.375. sold 1/2 of my position at $.49 for 31% profit.

I would not go that far... thanks though! Im just trading the contracts, I have no intention of ever exercising the option.

looking like many of the indexes will put in hammer candles today. long upper tail on Mr. VIX also

The metal/miner folks I follow:

TA Guy - is now buying DUST

Cycle Guy - put a Hedge on his long miner positions (DUST)

Wave Guy - a possible wave 2 down coming after Fed Day, and a test of the 50 DMA (HUI).....but did not sell or reduce positions.

All just opinions for now, but I hate to fade all 3 of them so I just reduced my JNUG...this trade was a BUST...waiting!

Maybe they will all be wrong.....and none of this even matters unless you are trading the miners, but I am for now.

Ditto on the VIX puts. A 12.5% profit is a win in my book any day. I'm abstaining from the IWM put due to how much we've already declined the last few days.
