I have a probably silly question. Can you record just the sound from a UTube video? It seems UTube is the only place I can find some of the old recordings of the virtioso violinist Jasca Heifetz, and the now banned version of "O Fortuna" by Apothesis (lawsuit won by the heirs of the composer of O Fortuna took it out of production).

Yes I have an unusual taste in music. :embarrest:

I would doubt it. That's probably one reason why youtube is able to do what it does, since it is tough to record anything. I could be wrong of course. There may be a way.

There are several converters, which can be used for this application. Do a search for convert youtube audios to mp3.

Do a Google search on "record what you hear" and there will be several ways to accomplish this.

Pick the one you like and let us know how it turns out.
