My crystal Ball's long term plan is still working. We are still in the sideways range bound price action I was expecting. This may continue a little longer until it resolves to to downside IMO.

My system still has buy on C and I funds. S fund is a sell and F fund is overbought for a sell.
So, system is 50% C and 50% I for now.

How come you are in G instead of 50%I and 50%C?

I thought I should've explained more. I have decided that my long term view is more important right now so I'm in G waiting on late June pehaps or a bounce or late September for the next big rally.

No change with the system although the C fund busted the 50 dma it was able to regain it...for now. One of these times it won't and I think it's coming soon.

The S&P has tested its 50 dma 5 times since the Feb. break. Several recently. It won't hold again IMO. Next break will start the pullback. We need to test the 200 dma. That should be a good buying opportunity. The S fund isn't that far away from its 200 dma.

If our friends at the German Bundesbank say anything positive about monetary stimulus next week we'll be off to the moon. The Bundesbank's backing could provide critical support for ECB Mario Draghi when the bank meerts June 5th to weigh interest rate cuts and other stimulus measures.

It's just more sideways movement designed to keep us off guard for when it just keeps going -- down that is.

This has been a slow year for my system. Not many signals and markets are just slightly higher for the year. Lots of churn though. Thats a sign if a market making a top or bottom imo. If my crystal ball is right we should be starting a pullback anytime now that will last 3 or 4 weeks.

it sure seems to be hanging tough for now.
