Can't get Quarterly Account Statement

I called yesterday with same issue, finally fixed.
‘Then tried to get YOY statement, only to be reminded can only go back to April 2022 after illustrious upgrade.

I’m trying to download a tsp statement using my iPad but it won’t download and I just get a url address. Anyone know how to download and save using an iPad. Not at a computer on the road and doing it with an iPad. Thanks.
