BQ...u have had talk about doubling down as in 100% equities?? Tough environ's for that...is there an actual spot on chart u may look for or r the times too uncertain.

Maybe... Definitely think we are going lower or retesting lows within a couple weeks.

Still working the channel. Even though yesterday was negative the VIX didn't move much. The VIX is in a descending triangle pattern which is 70/30 to break out through the bottom support:

Now the opposite happened. Stocks didn't move much and the VIX moved a little more. The breakout is not confirmed yet because the panic line is support:

Well got out of the house for a little bit. First time I went to the VA for lab work and didn't have to circle around a few times for a parking place. I did have to go through two check points to answer if I had a fever or any contact, or traveled. Then inside there was four people in line sitting separated. I must of been the only one with the early appointment because I was the next called in. First time for that also. They probably got in shortly because nobody passed me on the way out. i wore cloth gloves because I was expecting to wait in line and having to hold the guard rail for support. Didn't need them for that but were good for touching the bathroom door. pretty good experiance now I need to learn how to do a video appointment with my doctor.

I had to send a really embarrassing photo to my nurse practitioner the other day, but it was probably a little less embarrassing than revealing myself in her office. There are some advantages to this stuff, but be dang sure you don't send to the wrong recipient!

Well something messed up my charts on Freestockcharts.com . Had to redo all my moving averages and chart perimeters. I had always called them my 100 day or my 50 day because they were a little off from Tom's. It has been a few years since I did a complete redraw. My channels came up right but renewing the moving averages have changed them. Now they show that the 100 Day did not cross the 200 Day. So maybe something was off::embarrest:
