Agreed re yellen..I figure with the tank the markets took the last time she talked she may be more circumspect with her words.

On a personal note: I am up to almost a 4% gain (again) for the year as of this morning...WOO-HOO!!!:sick:(I can't complain too much but I think this is pathetic compared to what we all would have made off of daily moves)
 
We need the blue line to hold or it will be a triple top failed move. Have a good chance because we're not near the 1% mark: Forgot this is a head test and we need to close above it.

I am tempted to bail today...especially with JTH's TZA indicator climbing from 15.05. Since I started paying more attention to that, and correlating it to the SPX 15min (no specific reason for this time frame, I just have gotten used to it) I see a lot more opportunity for short term trades. This doesn't necessarily help me since we are bound to the 2 move rule but it does seem to give good advanced direction on the dailies. Your triple top is more likely than not with this mornings action.

Well, it's not acting as a failed move as of yet. This does have me thinking.:confused: We are setting a high base. I'm watching the 1879 area. :blink:
 
Hay has anyone notice the talk about how investors use high speed computers to see bids come in and buy or sell before their processed. Maybe that's why we have such an early deadline be cause the people that handle the TSP investments have slower computers so the can buy then sell to us after taking profit.:(
 
I know this could be bad but it's not breaking down like a triple top.:suspicious: So I'm entering 50G 50S

I have been letting it ride since the day after you entered last time. If I had daily moves I would have been out today and probably right back in on Thursday but, as it is, I am still letting it ride. I did some charting this morning and went out to the past 5 years. My guess, based on The way the markets are moving, I do not see a fast run up to break 1900 (1910 and 1924 are two points I have marked) but instead see a series of higher lows and highs with considerable meandering...the same as we have been doing for most of this year.
 
OK, I'm back now. We're done with sideways movement. Market this is a high base so let's go bullish: Moving averages are turning things up:;)
