I'm leaning that way. I'm thinking the fiscal cliff anxiety has already been priced in, so this turn around could have some more legs to it. Although getting in today would have been more appealing if it hadn't blasted off the way it did this morning. I liked what Uptrend had to say about the rally this morning. Another hour+ before I need to pull the trigger though -- so we'll see. Caveat: don't follow my lead. I don't have a clue what I'm doing!

I agree, but may be a short term trade as this relief rally was widely expected. A lot of external forces at work right now with FC bullcrap tho. I still think the selling as of late was a concerted, thoughtful cashout by baby boomers looking to avoid the new tax rates and NOT a doom and gloom sell off as some speculate.

Wow, I fell asleep at the desk. Looks like we're already at 1380. Thanks for the comments. The bad is we missed this nice jump. The good is we can see if this is just a bounce. The move looked so strong that it may just be a start. I have my bounce line drew it it's holding so far. Is this just a lower high? I'll watch like Khotso said. I'm awake now. I had got up too early.

I kinda agree with that also but think they might just like one more rally untill the December stock sell off. It should only take them a couple of weeks. I think they'll do it all before December 21st to be completely out befor the holidays and to be sure it's completed before the 31st. Oh man did I use that date? Sorry

Don't worry most of the time I don't have a clue. Sometimes we make the trading mistakes when we're too shure of ourselves. That's why I asked.

I really think they get info on our moves befor they make another move. We're like dumb money to them. Do you think the TSP investment moves are watch because they are made before the deadline and the moneies can be used from 12 to 4 for day trading? Or can they do that?:worried:

If you had a 4 hour opportunity to know what hundreds of thousands of investors are going to do, would you not capitalize on it? Is out Intel protected? Would this even be classified as insider trading? If the money managers managing our money have access to this information you can bet they would play it to their advantage.

Yea what stops them from pulling it out early and refigure our's at the 4 PM price. They have the computers that could figure it.

Stop that...I moved in this morning and am just now getting back to check out the action. If I had seen the action just before deadline I probably would have cancelled my transfer. Too much too fast movement with a ceiling of 1390 right above us. If this momentum keeps up then I am good. If it falters I am in for a loss.

Sorry guy but I want to make my call look good. Ok for you I'll let it go but I must of had that line as a bounce line for a reason. There you go is that better?

Well ... me too. But purely a gut level call with no real basis behind it on my part. I just felt like it went up too far too fast. I'll probably regret it over the next couple days. The upside is if my gut was right, I won't lose anything. Somehow that's not a very gratifying silver lining at the moment. So we shall see.
